Tottenham Hotspur F.C. fell to a 3-0 defeat at home to Manchester City F.C. on Saturday, with Ilkay Gundogan scoring a brace to extend City's lead at the top of the Premier League table.
City took the lead in the 23rd minute through a Rodri penalty, before Gundogan doubled their advantage in the 50th minute. The German midfielder then added a third in the 66th minute to seal a comfortable victory for the visitors.
The result leaves City eight points clear of second-placed Manchester United F.C., while Tottenham Hotspur F.C. remains in ninth place.
